The Eyracure trademark will be transferred to the buyer.
Eyracure has previously manufactured/bottled the product themselves, which was sold as sets using these bottles/boxes.
The auction concerns the Eyracure trademark as well as the associated stock of goods and packaging materials.
What is included -
Trademark: Transfer of the Eyracure trademark.
Other intangible assets, such as social media accounts, domain name, etc., are not currently included, though the possibilities for transfer are being investigated.
Finished product inventory:
Approx. 1,200 bottles of Eyracure conditioner.
Approx. 2,000 UV brushes
Approx. 1,600 boxes for Eyracure sets.
Components & packaging:
Large lot of empty bottles, boxes, spray nozzles and associated packaging materials for in-house manufacturing/bottling.

Conditioner is not included in the inventory but is included in the sale.
The products have previously had established sales and reseller partnerships in the Nordic market.
The buyer is responsible for collection and transport.
